When can I expect a response to my question?

Answering your questions is a top priority for me. Questions are generally answered within 8 Business Hours (10AM-6PM Mon-Fri PST).

Wait time depends on the question, timezone differences, and number of questions in the queue.

Before asking a Question:

  • Detailed questions get useful answers faster. Please complete all form fields.

  • Verify your Pro Tools system requirements. Many ‘troubleshooting’ questions are resolved by simple software updates.
